Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room was large and very comfortable with a big bathroom and a huge shower, but the lack of tea or coffee in the room was a downside. Although I had a nice view of the river from my room, the dirty windows slightly spoiled it.
The hotel offers spacious and spotless rooms with beautiful views along the Danube, but can be stuffy at times. The excellent Wifi and superb little swimming pool/fitness center are definite highlights. However, the rooms are a bit outdated, and the fast-flowing, dirty-looking river Danube may not suit everyone.
The hotel rooms are quite spacious and comfortable, but unfortunately, they tend to get very hot even with the heat off, so I had to keep the window open to maintain a decent temperature. The service was excellent, with the staff arriving promptly at 8 am and being extremely friendly and accommodating to my requests. The location is superb, right next to the Danube and close to Ulm center, making it convenient to explore the town. The dining experience was pleasant with a nice variety of choices. Overall, a great stay with a few minor drawbacks.
The hotel offers spacious and well-equipped rooms with a great view, but the lack of fresh air made it difficult to sleep. The service was very kind and helpful, although there were limitations on certain amenities. The location is perfect for exploring Ulm and enjoying the nearby Danube. The facilities were generally good, but there were some scratch marks in the rooms and sideboards.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms, although spacious with a decent double bed and essential amenities, showed signs of wear and tear from coach parties. On the positive side, the hotel had friendly and professional service. The location was stunning with great facilities like a sauna and swimming pool, but the dining options were limited and the gym could do with better cooling. Overall, it's a decent stay with some room for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The rooms were very big, with two separate queen beds, very clean, and very cozy on the 12th floor. The views onto the Danube were breathtaking. The service was top-notch, as the staff spoke several languages and were always friendly. The location was excellent, right next to the Danube and close to the city center, but the prevalence of smoking overshadowed the reception for non-smokers. The dining options were a bit expensive and disorganized at times. The facilities were modern and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and convenient stay.
The hotel offers spacious and clean rooms but faced issues with double-booking and temperature control. The service was a mix of rudeness and friendliness. The location was generally pleasant but could benefit from improvements. The dining experience varied greatly in quality. Some facilities were lacking.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were very spacious and clean, with incredibly comfortable beds, but the lack of fresh air made it difficult to sleep peacefully. The service was super friendly and helpful, exceeding my expectations, while the location, though beautiful with a clean bathroom, was a little outside the city center. The dining was very basic, comparable to standard hotel fare, and the facilities were quite good, especially the large sauna and swimming pool.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were very nice and clean, and also quiet, perfect for my family with a separate bedroom for our child. The availability of an electric kettle to make tea or coffee was a nice touch, even with the temperature set at the maximum.
I had a great stay at this hotel. The room had a pool view and an old town view, with comfortable beds and a lovely view of the Donau. The service was outstanding, with friendly staff who spoke multiple languages and were truly the gold standard. Its location is excellent, just minutes from Münsterplatz, offering easy access to both the old and new parts of the city. However, the dining experience was a bit disorganized and expensive over the weekend and Monday. Still, the freshly prepared eggs were a highlight. Overall, a good value for money choice in Ulm with nice rooms, friendly staff, and a delicious breakfast.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, though fairly comfy for a Maritim hotel, felt overcrowded and overly hot even after adjusting the heat. However, the service was mostly positive, with a friendly staff that could communicate in multiple languages. The location was excellent, right by the Danube and close to Ulm center, perfect for exploring the city. The dining experience was underwhelming, with limited and not-so-good options despite offering fresh fruits and muesli. Overall, the facilities were decent, but some parts of the hotel were not as clean as expected.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were spacious, clean, and tidy, with expected comfort levels for a Maritim hotel. However, the surrounding areas outside the breakfast room felt a bit depressing. The service at the reception was excellent, very helpful and pleasant, but a bit lacking in proactivity in the restaurant. The location was good, with beautiful views of the river Danube and a short walk to the city center, but there were occasional long waiting times for the lift. While the dining options were varied and fresh, the quality was basic, more akin to standard offerings at places like Holiday Inn. However, I was impressed by the friendliness and service of the staff. Overall, a decent value for money stay with some room for improvement.
